Terms of Service

By accessing or using the website and services of Alidotronics Technologies (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Alidotronics Technologies, governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Alidotronics Technologies provides the following services:

• Software Development — custom web applications, mobile apps, APIs, and enterprise software
• AI Workflow Automations — intelligent chatbots, automation bots, and LLM integrations
• Website Design & Development — business websites, landing pages, and e-commerce platforms
• Printing Services — banners, flyers, business cards, brochures, and large-format prints
• Photocopying & Scanning — document copying and digital scanning
• NIN Registration Assistance — NIMC enrollment, modification, and verification
• Online Registration Services — JAMB, WAEC, school admissions, and government portals

All quotes provided through our website or quote request system are estimates only and are not binding until confirmed in writing by an authorized representative of Alidotronics Technologies. Prices are subject to change based on final project scope, complexity, and timeline.

Payment terms, milestones, and delivery schedules will be specified in a separate service agreement for each project.

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the deliverables (e.g., website, software, design files) as specified in the project agreement. Alidotronics Technologies retains ownership of all pre-existing tools, frameworks, libraries, and methodologies used during project delivery.

We reserve the right to display completed projects in our portfolio unless you expressly request otherwise in writing.

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information for service delivery
• Supply required content, assets, and approvals in a timely manner
• Not use our services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
• Not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party
• Make payments as agreed in your service agreement

To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, Alidotronics Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, except as required by applicable Nigerian law. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of a project. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to mediation under the rules of the Lagos Court of Arbitration or such other mutually agreed body. The governing law shall be the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or for any other reason.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
